Delivery Areas
Gelmax currently delivers within Singapore. Delivery availability may vary depending on location and operational requirements.
Delivery Schedule
Delivery days and order cut-off times are published by Gelmax and may be updated from time to time.
Customers are encouraged to refer to the latest Delivery Schedule available on our website.
Standard Orders
Monday to Friday Orders
- Orders placed before 4:30 PM: Next Working Day Delivery
- Orders placed after 4:30 PM: Delivery within 2 Working Days
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday Orders
- Orders placed before 4:30 PM: Next Working Day Delivery
- Orders placed after 4:30 PM: Delivery within 2 Working Days
No deliveries are made on Sundays and Singapore Public Holidays unless otherwise agreed by Gelmax.
Weekly Indent (Pre-Order) Products
- Orders placed by Monday before 12:00 PM will be delivered on the following Tuesday (approximately 8 days later), excluding Public Holidays.
- Some indent products may require longer ordering and delivery lead times.
- If Monday or Tuesday is a Public Holiday in Singapore or the supplier's country, Gelmax may adjust the ordering and delivery schedule accordingly.
Minimum Order
Free delivery applies to orders of SGD 150 and above (before GST).
Orders below SGD 150 (before GST) are subject to a delivery charge of SGD 30.
Order Cut-Off Times
Orders must be placed before the published cut-off time to qualify for the next scheduled delivery.
Orders received after the applicable cut-off time will be processed for the next available delivery date.
Product Availability
All products are subject to stock availability at the time of ordering.
Gelmax reserves the right to limit quantities supplied, substitute equivalent products with customer approval, or cancel unavailable items.
Indent Products
Indent products require advance ordering and may be subject to longer lead times.
Lead times are estimates only and may vary depending on supplier production schedules, shipping schedules, customs clearance and other operational factors.
Delivery Delays
While Gelmax will make every reasonable effort to meet requested delivery dates, delivery schedules are estimates only.
Gelmax shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, customs clearance, supplier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Failed Deliveries
Customers must ensure that delivery instructions, delivery addresses and contact information are accurate and complete.
Additional delivery charges may apply where a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, inaccessible premises or customer unavailability.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect products immediately upon delivery.
Claims for damaged, missing or incorrect products must be reported to Gelmax within 24 hours of delivery.
Public Holidays
Delivery schedules may be adjusted during Singapore Public Holidays and supplier-country Public Holidays.
Updated schedules will be communicated through the Gelmax website and customer communications where applicable.
