Returns
Returns are only allowed within 24 hours from delivery.
Return requests are subject to review and approval by Gelmax. Supporting photographs and relevant information may be requested before a claim is approved.
Due to food safety requirements, chilled, frozen, fresh, opened or partially consumed products are not eligible for return unless there is a verified quality issue, product defect, or an error in the delivery made by Gelmax.
Products must be stored according to the manufacturer's recommendations immediately upon delivery. Gelmax reserves the right to reject any claim where products have not been properly stored, handled or maintained after delivery.
Products must not be returned without prior authorization from Gelmax.
Where a return request is approved, Gelmax may, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the product;
- Issue a credit note;
- Provide a partial refund; or
- Provide a full refund.
Gelmax reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any replacement, credit note or refund.
Claims submitted after 24 hours from delivery may not be accepted.
